My name is Charlotte Farabaugh and I am the owner and founder of Fineline Design and Drafting LLC.

I am a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and hold a Bachelor’s Degree from the School of Architecture. Upon graduation I began my career within the field of residential construction in Central Pennsylvania. There I discovered a passion for designing homes and living spaces as well as a talent for creating beautiful renders and realistic 3D models.

I have had the privilege of working with clients from all over the world, designing to suit many different tastes and styles. My experience includes but is not limited to: new-build homes, bathroom remodels, screened porches, and basement finishes. While my focus is typically residential architecture, I can assist in any type of 3D modeling or technical drafting task. Above all else I strive for customer satisfaction and make it my personal goal to ensure your needs, budget, and timelines are met!
