Taylor House - Addition

This project involves a charming 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom mid-century modern single-family home located in Central Pennsylvania. Clients requested an addition on each side of their existing rear deck to enhance both functionality and living space. One addition will include an extended master bedroom with an attached office and a new bathroom, while the other will feature a spacious sunroom complete with a dining table and a cozy sitting area centered around a corner wood stove. To preserve the home's mid-century modern appeal, the design incorporates subtle cosmetic updates that brighten the exterior and modernize the interior style, blending classic charm with contemporary touches. Construction is slated to begin in the spring of 2026.
