Smith Pool House - New Build

Project Type: Residential New Build

Scope: Developed the concept and design development package for a custom pool house as part of a larger residential outdoor living project that included a new swimming pool and landscape improvements. Coordinated with the project landscape architect to incorporate site constraints, pool geometry, grading considerations, and overall project planning into the building design. Created floor plans, exterior elevations, 3D models, and renderings in order to communicate the design intent and facilitate client review and approval. Managed client communication and design revisions throughout the development process while ensuring compatibility with the broader site design.
